Wedding Packages
Casa de los Siete Patios opens its doors to offer you an unforgettable evening in our beautiful gardens and terraces, amidst a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean.
Patios
Patio Fuente Grande
Pass through the security gates and proceed down the olive tree lined drive that curves past an oversized fountain, in the Patio Fuente Grande. On your left a large two-story playhouse awaits the games and imaginations of every child. The playhouse is surrounded by a neatly groomed garden that outlines the bubbling fountain, an antique hand carved carrousel complements the patio. At the entrance to the Villa, our uniformed staff will welcome you as they unload your luggage and take it inside. A jungle of Cantera stone sculptures and varied vegetation will fill your eyes with creative scenery.
Patio Campestre
To your right you will find a magnificent ocean view from the Patio Campestre, where you can host a wedding or event up to 1000 guests. Every year the patio has been the venue for concerts featuring artists like Amanda Miguel and Diego Verdaguer, Guadalupe Pineda and others.
Patio Agua Azul
As you face the ocean you will see Patio Agua Azul, encompassing a four-foot deep, rhombus shaped swimming pool. The infinity edge conceals a large ocean view Jacuzzi. To complete the Mykonos architectural ambiance is a fully equipped, covered barbecue grill and a bar, plus a newly constructed rest room complex that was built to service the needs of large gatherings.
More restroom and shower facilities are located to the left-hand side of the area. An elevated serenade terrace, where you can enjoy the view while sipping a frosty margarita, completes the setting.

Patio Ventana al Mar
A window to the Pacific Ocean on two Mexican paver levels to host events up to 180 persons shaded by two magnificent torres pines.
A few steps away you will find a stone staircase that takes you to the ocean's edge and Patio Ventana al Mar. On one side, the fire ring invites a golden glow of a fireside evening and nearby you’ll find the ideal spot to arrange for an ocean side massage to soothe and relax the mind and body.
Patio La Pérgola
Further around the house you will find Patio La Pérgola, a 30 by 30 terrace that is great for outdoor dining or the perfect setting for an intimate sunset wedding ceremony. Star white lights give a festive illumination that tempts you to dance the night away.

Patio Eucalipto
Patio Eucaliptos is enclosed by beautiful Eucalyptus trees that shade a perfect setting for events up to 500 guests. Another barbecue with a dining area overlooks the ever-present ocean view.
Patio El Atrio
Inside the Villa is the thirty three-foot diameter Patio El Atrio, welcoming you with bougainvillea and a cantera fountain. A barbecue facility stand ready for preparing delicious carne asada or rib eye, if you prefer.
Occupancy
Casa de los Siete Patios accommodates up to 10 people with double occupancy per suite. If you wish to bring more guests than the limit, you must receive prior written consent of the owner or villa administrator. Each additional guest will be charged $75 a day. There is a three day minimum stay at Casa de los Siete Patios. During the Easter, Christmas and New Year Holidays, there is a one week minimum stay @ $21,000 per week.
Accommodations
The rental includes use of the furnished 5-suite villa and 3 person staff providing the following:
- Interior maintenance of the house, pool, Jacuzzi and grounds
- 12 hour daily housekeeping, turndown, linens and laundry service (for normal washables)
- Night watchman
- Administrator’s assistance with the planning of day trips, activities and spa services
- Continental breakfast in bed or full breakfast in dining areas
